Terms and Conditions for Electronic Communication (Email and SMS)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before consenting to receive electronic communications (via email and/or SMS text message) from Vu Le, DDS, Inc. dba theSimpletooth ("the Office," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your email address and/or phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive such communications, you agree to be bound by these terms.

5. Message Frequency

The frequency of electronic communications will vary depending on your appointment schedule, communication preferences, and the information we need to share with you. You may receive multiple messages per month, particularly around scheduled appointments.

6. Costs

Our office does not charge you directly for receiving electronic communications. However, you are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier or internet service provider for data usage, text messaging, or email access. Please consult your service provider for information about your plan and any associated costs.

7. System Requirements

To receive email communications, you will need access to a computer or mobile device with internet access and an email account. To receive SMS text messages, you will need a mobile device capable of receiving text messages and a mobile service plan that supports text messaging.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at simpletooth.com or communicated to you electronically. Your continued consent to receive electronic communications after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
